Lirtim stood looking out at the land outside of Hogwarts. Seeing Hogsmead, forest, and the lake. She had just tied a letter to the foot of her owl, Nym, to send to her friend Autumn who had left Hogwarts the year before. She had promised to teach here the next year but never really, actually did. Lirtim turned around to face the fifty owls either flying around, sitting on a perch, or eating. The walls of the Owlery were covered with about an inch of white, dried, owl dung. SICK! The smell was about unbearable. Who would want to smell the stuff for long, ew.
Finally Lirtim stepped out of the room and headed down to the growneds. Hopefully not late for her class, but who really cared. No one was ever on time for Charms. Lirtim stopped to check her bag, to make sure she didn't have to go any where else.

I'M NEVER GONNA DANCE AGAIN ______________ my guilty feet have got no rhythm. Not too long ago, a very young girl by the name of Caspian had been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. That had been almost five years ago and she was now approaching her fifth year at Hogwarts; where the famous Harry Potter had been taught. Just two more years then she would be free of the place that she hated so much…yes, what did you think? You thought that she liked the place? Oh no, Caspian hated Hogwarts, she was teased more often than not about her choice of hair color, her height and her intelligence, of course it was mainly all the Slytherins that hated her, despised her actually. And not ten minutes ago had she just escaped from a group of Slytherins whom had ripped her school robes and made her fall awkwardly onto the Statue of the ‘old hag’ , effectively; ripping open her arm.
A bleeding and stressed Caspian, escaped from the group and made her way rather quickly to the owlery where she proceeded to write a letter to her father, back home. Not that he would answer anyway, he didn’t really think much of her after her mother and brother had died. He had blamed her for their deaths and gave her the cold shoulder as often as possible. As she walked to the owlery, she was dripping blood along the path, it stained the front of her shirt but she didn’t seem to care much. Caspian allowed a sigh to escape her lips. She didn’t look where she was going and walked smack bang into the Charms Professor. The small, fifth year fell backwards as a sharp squeal fell out of her mouth. ”I’m sorry!” she mumbled.

Lirtim blinked looking around to find a Gryffindor girl a few steps down from her. She thought back to try and remember her name. Wan't her name Caspian. "Its ok." Lirtim said holding out her hand to help the girl up. "What happend to you?" She said looking at the tears and blood on her robes. Lirtim waved her wand once and Caspian's cuts and tears were mended. "There you go."

I'M NEVER GONNA DANCE AGAIN ______________ my guilty feet have got no rhythm. Caspian lifted a shaking hand to rub her nose as she sat on the floor, staring at the ground. The professor she had just walked into was also Head of Slytherin House and she wasn't so sure as to whether or not she would be like the others, there was no reason why she shouldn't be, but she didn't really want to think about it as she just sat there on the ground, watching the blood continue to soak the front of her shirt. Until the professor decided that it would be a good idea to clean her up. In all honesty she would have rather gone to see the nurse, but it was a little too late now and Caspian was thankful, although slightly wary.
She wondered why a Slytherin, well a professor Slytherin would help her, but decided not to push the matter any further and instead she simply nodded at her and attempted to pick herself up off of the floor, stammering a thank you at the same time. "T-t-t-ha-thank y-y-you." She ignored the hand that was offered to help her up, because she was sick and tired of the Slytherin's, plus she knew that she'd never be able to trust them. "Slytherins." was her mumbled reply to the question that had caused her a little pain. "A whole group of them."

It wasn't a surprise after all that Slytherins had beat up Caspian. Hey it was pretty much the Slytherin way of being different from the other houses. All you pretty had to do is smirk at about everyone you saw and pretend that you were better then everyone else. Then bam, you are Slytherin. It was sorta annoying having about everyone hating your house. Not all of them were Draco Malthoy clones. Not that Lirtim really cared but what was it that made the Gryffindors so special. What makes them better then the others. Sure Harry Potter was from there but that was like 200 years ago. Why should then play apart in what is happening now.
"I think I have a pretty good idea who did this to you." Lirtim said trying to think back. There was that kid who had been suspended a few times for hitting some first-years and another that had almost be expelled five times. Either way they probably would both get detention or worse. For the kid that almost got expelled maybe he actually would this time. It would be a lot better for everyone if that did happen. All the teachers were about to kick him out of their classes, Lir included.

I'M NEVER GONNA DANCE AGAIN ______________ my guilty feet have got no rhythm. she didn't care whether it was the slytherin way of being different or not, she didn't like and she never would. she thought that it was unfair and it made her angry that they were actually able to get away with beating the other houses up. much to her despair. she tried hard to avoid them but lately they seemed to be everywhere and she didn't like that. caspian would have much preferred that there be no slytherins and just gryffindor, hufflepuff and ravenclaw instead. it would make the school a much better place. she didn't care about what had happened in the past; she just wanted the present to be much better than it was. caspian sighed, she was annoyed.
"look, professor, it really doesn't matter." she muttered, pulling up her coat and pulling it tighter around her slim frame. she didn't care much who did it to her, she just wanted it to stop and if the professor was going to ask her who did it to her, she wasn't going to say because there wasn't much point; she didn't want to tattle, it would only make the bullying worse. caspian shrugged her shoulders gently and looked down at the ground; scuffing her foot along the floor. she was on the verge of tears and she really didn't want to cry in front of a slytherin.

Course now thinking about it, it would totally suck to be a tattle tail. Even if it was fun punishing idiots. The other day she got a kid two months of detention for hardly any reason. "Yeah I probably shouldn't. They will get caught doing something worse really soon anyway." Actually Lirtim couldn't really remeber why he was being punished at all. Probably something dumb like being late to class or failing a test. Most likely the failing one. No one practicly ever got a T, at least they had a A to barely pass. Lir could remember the days when she had tryed and practicly failed to get an A or higher.
No matter who said it, Lirtim never really got over the fact that Slytherins were always looked down at for being mean or snotty. What would it be like if Salizar actually moved the Slytherins out of Hogwarts and into a new school. Slytherins would probably be looked down at more then ever. Sure it was a shame that a regualr Slytherin will bully someone else. But anyone would have to admit, making fun of Hufflepuffs is fun. Back in Lir's fith year her friends had called them Hufflebutts or Hufflenutts.
